About returns

We do not accept cancellations or returns for customer-related reasons.
Upon delivery of your order, please promptly inspect the items for damage or defects.
If an item is damaged or differs from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
※ Returns after product installation cannot be accepted, even if damage or contamination is present.
Please ensure to inspect the condition of the product before installation.
Regarding Return Shipping Fees
For returns due to product defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please send the item collect.
However, even if the product is defective, we cannot accept any claims, including returns, in the following cases:

・Items for which we were not notified of the defect within 5 days of delivery
・Items without a delivery receipt issued by the carrier
・Returns from individuals other than the original purchaser
・Returns based on reasons such as the product’s appearance (color, shape, etc.) differing from expectations
・Returns based on reasons such as damaged, scratched, or soiled packaging (excluding significant damage caused by delivery issues)
・Other cases where we determine we cannot accommodate the request

Upon receiving the returned item from the customer, our department will begin processing the refund in order.
Customers requesting a return or exchange must contact the customer service window below in advance.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items sent back without prior notification.
Please understand this in advance.
When paying by credit card
Refunds will be processed through the credit card company used for your order.
Depending on the card issuer’s billing cycle, the refund may appear on your statement the following month or the month after.
