In addition, due to photography conditions, the included light bulbs may be dimmed during shooting, or bulbs different from the included ones but of similar shape may be used.
・Products made with brass materials are generally not treated with anti-oxidation coating.
As a result, there may be slight differences in color tone or minor discoloration between products.
Please also note that touching the brass with bare hands may cause discoloration.
・All of our products are handcrafted.
Therefore, slight scratches, dents, uneven coloring, and minor dimensional variations may occur.
Please understand these as characteristics of handmade products.
・For products using glass or ceramic materials, each item may vary slightly in texture, size, and weight.

Receipt
・Receipts are issued in PDF format only.
If you require a receipt, please contact us via the inquiry form and include your [Order Number] and [Recipient Name].
Regarding Packing Slips
・A packing slip showing the transaction amount is included with the shipment of your order.
If you do not wish to have the packing slip included, please let us know at the time of placing your order.
Changes to Orders After Placement
・Once your order (payment) has been completed, we promptly begin arranging shipment.
Therefore, we are unable to accept changes such as additional orders, partial changes to ordered items (including length changes for pendant fixtures), quantity changes, changes to the delivery address, or changes to the requested delivery date.

Please especially ensure that the delivery address and delivery schedule are carefully confirmed before placing your order.
Warranty for Included Light Bulbs (Excluding LED Bulbs)
・The included light bulbs (incandescent bulbs excluding LED bulbs) are not covered by a warranty.
However, if a bulb fails to light within one week after delivery and you contact us within that period, we will send you a replacement bulb free of charge.
(In such cases, please dispose of the non-functioning bulb.)
Please note that we cannot provide free replacements for notifications made after one week from delivery.
・The warranty period for LED bulbs varies depending on the type of LED bulb, and ranges from 1 to 3 years.
If any defect occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the LED bulb with a new one.
Use of Bulbs Other Than the Included or Recommended Bulbs (Including LED Bulbs)
・We cannot accept any responsibility for issues or troubles caused by the use of bulbs other than the included or recommended bulbs.
Please also note that we do not provide support for bulb selection.

Returns and Exchanges
・We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preference.
・Please inspect your order for any damage as soon as it arrives.
